She is Healthcare Management Professional having 16 years of experience in various government and private healthcare sectors. She have been responsible for handling the operations of healthcare business units, including general operations, strategic planning, quality initiatives, and hospital planning.

She has led projects through assertive program governance processes, including operational excellence in public healthcare, while also imparting training in the healthcare sector.

She holds a Masters in Health and Hospital Management (MHA), with a specialization in Hospital Management from the Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), Jaipur, and are currently a PhD Scholar in Public Health.

Previously, She served as the District Programme Manager (DPM) under NRHM, Punjab, where they were responsible for the overall functioning of the mission in the district, monitoring and planning district health strategy. She led notable projects, including commissioning the Apollo Clinic Bathinda and a 350-bed Narayana Hrudayalaya Multispecialty hospital in Hyderabad.

They have been actively involved in policy development and facilitation at various multispecialty hospitals, serving as an NABH coordinator for the implementation of NABH Standards. Additionally, She contributed to strategic planning and development at various multispecialty hospitals. Her extensive experience and dedication to healthcare management make her a valuable asset to any organization in the healthcare sector.
