Gulshan Baweja, Founder and CEO of YUVA Healthcare – Institute of Advanced Skills, in technical collaboration with Partners Medical International, Boston, has a vision to elevate the profession of Nursing and Allied Healthcare Professionals.

He has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector and has been extensively engaged in Strategic Planning, Facility Planning, Operations, and Commissioning of Hospitals and Healthcare Education Projects across South Asia. He is a Healthcare Management graduate from the Indian Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur, and an alumnus of the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.

He has been actively involved in policy development for Public–Private Partnership (PPP) in healthcare delivery and education as a member of the National Committee on Healthcare and PPP under the aegis of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the National Skill Development Council (NSDC).

In his previous assignments, he has managed a broad range of projects, advising multilateral funding and development agencies, private equity firms, and corporate organizations on strategic planning, project implementation, and investment.

His executive education includes:

• Health Emergencies in Large Populations (HELP) – Johns Hopkins School of Public Health
• Private Equity Programme – Indian School of Business, Hyderabad
• Healthcare Design Programme – organized by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Centre for Healthcare Design

He was awarded a full scholarship from the Johnson & Johnson Foundation to participate in the Innovating Health for Tomorrow Programme at INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau.

He has successfully completed the Advanced Management & Leadership Programme (AMLP) from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
